Project Management and Lean Six Sigma

OM Project focus on Project Management in combination with the tools available in Lean Six Sigma. The tools are applied in the projects on an as need basis. We are well prepared to drive challenging projects and have a record of excellent delivery. Our main competence areas are Quality Assurance, Supply Chain Management, Information System/Automation and Improvement work including the Management of Change.
OM Project’s ideal scenario is to drive projects or improvement initiatives in the competence areas but are open to any type of project where an experienced leader is needed. We work on time-basis but have also a number of well defined products for specific tasks like reviews, problem solving etc.
